Shipping policy

Please allow 2-7 business days for your orders to be dispatched and to receive a confirmation email. Our depot is located in Chandler QLD, 4155. If your shipments are expected to delay we will inform and contact you via phone or email.

Please note that the customer & duty fees is the responsibility of the customer and is payable upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office if further information is required.

$500 to $999 - $230
$1,000 to $1,999 - $350
Over $2,000 - $450

Taxes and shipping calculated at checkout. Delivery rates outside of metro areas may require a delivery fee top-up. Our team will call you once the delivery rate is finalised.
