Refunds

Please note we do not offer any refunds. We can provide an exchange or store credit for items that have not been used and pass a requirement check up to 30 days after purchase.

All sale items are final. No refunds, exchanges or store credits will be available to you once your sale item has been purchased.

Exchanges/Change of Mind

If you have had a change of mind and would like a colour or size change we offer exchanges or store credits for items that have not been used and pass all prior requirements.

Please email steve@kovafurniture.com.au providing your details, order number and current item/s you are wanting to exchange or receive a store credit from. If you are wanting an exchange for a different colour or size please provide the name of the item/s and any other specific details.

Our team will provide you with the following requirements that must be made for an exchange or change of mind to be granted:

-Proof of purchase that can be provided upon the request for an exchange/store credit.

-That our team is notified within 7 days of purchase that an exchange/store credit is required.

-The item/s are returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

If any requests are left unsatisfied, we have the right to refuse the return.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We do advise that you keep track of your shipped item as we are not liable for any parcels that are lost and or damaged.

Store credit limits are valid for 1 year from the date that your store credit is given.

Shipping

Please allow 2-7 business days for your orders to be dispatched and to receive a confirmation email. Our depot is located in Chandler QLD, 4155. If your shipments are expected to delay we will inform and contact you via phone or email.

Please note that the customer & duty fees is the responsibility of the customer and is payable upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office if further information is required.

Cancellation of Orders

Once orders have been confirmed, it is unlikely we will be able to change or cancel orders. Please ensure to check all details on orders before purchase. If you have any inquires or questions please email us at steve@kovafurniture.com.au
